Mastermind #19

Mastermind is a bi-annual cultural review, founded in 2017 by Marie-Amélie Sauvé and Brune Buonomano. Authoritative, probing, and luxurious, the magazine is structured in chapters, offering detailed perspectives on the issues and people shaping our time.

Featuring images by the world’s greatest photographers and writing by today’s pre-eminent writers and journalists, Mastermind is a collectable designed to last, inviting readers to take time from their day and discover the world in new, illuminating ways.

Mastermind #19

The biggest issue of the magazine to date, arrives with three covers starring ChloĂ« Sevigny, Alexander SkarsgĂ„rd and Anya Taylor-Joy. We venture to the ends of the earth — from Uluru to Antarctica to outer space — to meet those living and working in these far-flung locations. We take swimming lessons with Olympic champion LĂ©on Marchand, an art class with legend Barbara Kruger and a writing workshop with Nathacha Appanah. Plus new photography by Richard Burbridge, Colin Dodgson, Roe Ethridge, Ethan James Green, Mark Kean, Craig McDean, Alasdair McLellan, Walter Pfeiffer, Theo Wenner and many more.

Please note that magazine covers cannot be specified at the time of the order. However, you can indicate your preferred cover in the order notes at checkout.

If the cover you prefer is available, we will do our best to send it. If the cover you specify is the only one you are willing to accept,  please indicate this clearly in your order notes. Otherwise, we will consider it as a preference and will send a cover based on availability.
