At Magma, we want you to feel the heat of your new style, but if the fit isn't perfect, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. We are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is as fluid and bold as our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Magma account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the garments remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
